Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on every order. Most orders deliver in three to four weeks from order date.

Where we ship

Continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or international destinations.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on every order. No minimum, no thresholds.

Carriers

Orders ship from international fulfillment partners using established freight carriers, with US final-mile delivery via UPS or FedEx. Smaller accessories may ship via USPS where eligible.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within 2 business days of being placed.

Total delivery window

Plan on 3 to 4 weeks total from the day you place your order. This window covers fulfillment, international transit, customs, and US final-mile delivery.

This is intentional. The pieces are made considered, not stocked in volume.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking email the moment your label is created. Tracking is also available on your order page in the email confirmation.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows a package is in motion but stops updating, give it 7 business days — overseas legs occasionally pause for customs. If tracking has not updated after 7 business days, email support@warmbydesign.com and we'll open a carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we ship a replacement at no cost.

Stolen after delivery

If tracking shows "delivered" but the package was not received, contact the delivering carrier directly to file a porch-piracy or non-delivery claim. We're happy to support that claim with proof of shipment, but stolen-after-delivery losses are not automatically replaced.

This is the same policy used by most premium DTC brands. It exists so we can keep shipping free for everyone.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email support@warmbydesign.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.

PO Boxes, APO, and FPO

Smaller accessories that ship USPS (replacement bulbs, the layering guide) can deliver to PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses. Lamps require a street address — UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes or military mail facilities.
