Information the app may access
When authorized through Pinterest OAuth, the app may access Pinterest API information for the authorized Warm by Design business account, including account identifiers, Board and Pin information, catalog status, product/catalog reporting, advertising reporting, and OAuth access or refresh tokens needed to keep the connection active.
The app does not collect Pinterest usernames, passwords, session cookies, or login credentials.
How the information is used
Warm by Design uses Pinterest API information only to create and schedule approved Warm by Design Pins and Boards, review the performance of Warm by Design content, check catalog status for Warm by Design products, and evaluate Warm by Design advertising performance.
What the app does not do
The app does not scrape Pinterest, sell Pinterest API data, share Pinterest API data with third parties, combine Pinterest API data with unrelated third-party data for off-Pinterest targeting, incentivize engagement, auto-follow users, auto-comment, message users, or publish content without Warm by Design approval.
Storage and security
Pinterest API credentials and tokens are stored only in secure systems controlled by Warm by Design or its authorized technical operators. They are not committed to public repositories. Access is limited to authorized people supporting Warm by Design's own Pinterest account and ecommerce marketing operations.
Retention
Warm by Design retains Pinterest API data only as long as needed for account operations, reporting, troubleshooting, security, and compliance. OAuth access can be revoked through Pinterest account settings or by contacting Warm by Design.
