Every Warm by Design lamp is built around 2700K: a warm-white glow that feels soft after dark, not cool or clinical.

Each product page lists the exact bulb/base. Some lamps use replaceable E26, E27, or G9 bulbs; others use integrated LEDs. The constant is 2700K: if you replace a bulb later, keep it warm white so the lamp stays true to the Warm by Design standard.

Shade and diffuser materials vary by design. Product pages list the exact material; the goal is consistent across the line: soften 2700K light so it spreads warmly without harsh hotspots.

Most Warm by Design orders deliver in 3 to 4 weeks. Standard US shipping is free on every order. Tracking is sent when the order is on the way.

Returns are accepted within the current return window shown in our return policy, as long as the lamp is in returnable condition and packed safely. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us and we will make it right.

We are US-only right now. International shipping is not available yet; checkout will show the current delivery options for your address.

Warm by Design products are selected and specified around our 2700K-only standard. Manufacturing and origin details can vary by piece, so check the product page or contact us for the exact lamp.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including electrical issues, finish defects, and structural problems. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or bulb replacements after the included bulb has reached the end of its life.
